Asian Style Steak Salad

Ingredients
Salad:
2 cups green salad leaves
½ red onion
½ cup cherry tomatoes
½ cup cucumber
¼ cup fresh basil
¼ cup fresh coriander

Dressing:
1 clove of garlic
1 small fresh red chilli
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
Steak:
2 small sirloin steaks
Salt & Pepper

Method
Place the salad leaves in a large bowl. Finely slice the red onion and slice the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the cucumber in half lengthways then slice on the diagonal. Add all into the bowl. Pick the herb leaves of the stalks. And sprinkle on top.
For the dressing, crush the garlic and finely dice the chilli, then add the rest of the ingredients to a small bowl set aside.
Season the steak with salt and pepper. Preheat a pan to high then add the meat cook for 3-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the heat rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the steak whisk the dressing and drizzle over the top and toss gentaly to combine.
