Balsamic Asparagus Salad

Are Balsamic salads healthy?

The team at Go Girl Physique have investigated this question and have discovered the following answers for you.

The antioxidants found in balsamic vinegar target the “scavenger cells” that are toxic to your body and inflate your LDL (unhealthy cholesterol) levels. By consuming balsamic vinegar as a dressing or glaze, you can consume enough to help your body protect itself against clogged arteries.

Of course remember the following quote – everything in moderation!

Take care to keep your exercise routine going, which hugely benefits your weight loss journey.

Which Foods are good for weight loss?

Every day the team at Go Girl Timaru get asked that age old question.

I think in the back of our minds we are hoping that modern scientists will prove that a meal of Mcdonalds followed up by a sugary drink will one day be beneficial to weight loss!

Well Girls – It ain’t gonna HAPPEN!

What is not going to change is that eating less processed foods, cutting back on the sugary drinks will make a big difference in your weight management and certainly more so if you throw in some good healthy exercise.
