1/3 can Coconut Milk
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder or 2 raw eggs (cage free organic)
1 c. frozen berries (no sugar added)
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
