Go Girl Body Prep

A six week programme.

This is our stepping Stone Programme for the first time gym goer or can be treated as an introductory option for the Body Blitz Programme.

You get a tailor made eating and weights programme designed around your lifestyle and how much time you are able to dedicate.

An entry level work out regime with 2 to 3 different programmes included.

With this six week programme you will need to be at the gym at least 3 times a week. This programme gives you the basic tools to understand the commitment required to complete the Body Blitz.

Go Girl Body Blitz 1

A twelve week programme.

This is our Foundation Programme that has been proven to work with over 240 fabulous women achieving dramatic transformations.

You get a customized eating and free weights programme, and if you have already completed the Body Prep programme you will be able to cope with the change in lifestyle easier. This programme is intensive and has to be to achieve the desired results. Along with the Customized food and work out programme we can also advise on supplements that are able to help you on this journey.

A high intensity work out regime with up to 6 programmes included.

Go Girl Body Blitz 2

After completing the 12 week BODY BLITZ 1 a follow up program is available.

Now that you have learned so much and getting the concept of what effort and structure
goes into keeping healthy and fit you can get started on the 12 week BODY BLITZ 2.
