Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups berries, frozen
2/3 cup coconut, unsweetened shredded
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened,
2 large eggs

Preparation
1 Fill a blender (or magic bullet) with the frozen berries and quickly pulse with a little hot water to break them up.
2 Add shredded coconut, eggs, and almond milk.
3 Continue to blend until smooth, and divide into two glasses
