Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
1 tsp of sea salt
5-6 C fresh broccoli florets
½ C slivered almonds
½ C cooked turkey bacon, chopped
¼ C red onion, chopped
1 C frozen peas
1/4 C unsweetened cranberries
2 tbsp coconut vinegar
​ ¼ Cup unsweetened natural yogurt

Preparation
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain the broccoli.
2. Combine the broccoli, almonds, bacon, onion and peas in a serving bowl.
3. Mix together the last 3 ingredients in a separate bowl and dress the salad.
