International Women’s Day has occurred for well over a century, with the first IWD gathering in 1911 supported by over a million people.
International Women’s Day (March 8) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality.
At Go Girl Physique our vision is to empower, engage and support all women in our community to achieve a healthier happier lifestyle, which aligns nicely with what International Women’s Day stands for in celebrating the achievements of women.
Go Girl Physique supports women through physical activity that makes us stronger, healthier, and focused for family life, business or personal growth. That makes a women’s gym a great fit for women who feel intimidated going to a regular gym.
There are also no drawbacks to going to a women-only gym, only benefits!
Go Girl Physique also offers support networks that may help prevent them from feeling lonely or isolated if they’re working out alone. Working on goals together in a supportive environment can inspire you through their example to keep achieving your goals. The atmosphere of our gym is more relaxing than coed gyms because members tend to be less competitive.
When you become a member at Go Girl Physique, you will become more aware of other classes or programs that you may find you want to become involved with. Especially when you start to get fitter yourself, you may see yourself moving on from stretch classes to a Cardio Class!
Depending on demand, Go Girl Physique offer a range of alternative classes – those include Pole Fit and Anit-Gravity. Yoga and Karate are two other activities that are held at our premises but are separate from Go Girl Physique.
When you join us at Go Girl Physique many of our women experience a lifestyle change. Working out and socialising with other women and making new friends are all possible here!
