GGP Membership Terms & Conditions

Warrior Goddess Program

  1. Go Girl Physique Ltd/staff cannot accept responsibility or liability for any consequential harm and/or injury that may result from non-disclosure of any pre-existing medical or physical condition.
  2. All monies paid to Go Girl Physique Ltd and/or EziPay Limited are NON REFUNDABLE.
  3. ​I am aware that this is an until further notice membership (as per EziPay Agreement) and that I have to give Go Girl Physique ONE MONTH notice before cancelling the contract after the minimum term of 3 months (Warrior Goddess – Gold), 6 months (Warrior Goddess Silver/Bronze)
  4. This membership entitles the member to 3x Group PT Sessions per week (Warrior Goddess – Gold), 2x Group PT Sessions per week. (Warrior Goddess – Silver/Bronze)
  5. This membership entitles the member to a Nutritional Assessment / Tracking. (Warrior Goddess – Gold/Silver)
  6. This membership entitles the member to ONE 3D Body Scan & Goals Setting per month. The member will forfeit the 3D Body Scan if not used within the calendar month.
  7. This membership entitles the member to unlimited GGP Group Fitness Classes. (Warrior Goddess – Gold/Silver/Bronze.
  8. This membership entitles the member access to the Warrior Goddess Facebook Page and the GGP App. (Warrior Goddess – Gold/Silver/Bronze)
  9. Photography, Videography & Social Media Use. Go Girl Physique may, from time to time, take photographs and/or video recordings within the gym. This may include training sessions, group classes, events, challenges, or community activities. Images and recordings may include members, guests, and staff. By attending Go Girl Physique and participating in any activities, you acknowledge and consent to the capture and use of such photographs and recordings for legitimate business purposes. These purposes may include, but are not limited to, marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media platforms, website content, and other digital or printed media. No compensation will be provided for the use of these images or recordings. Go Girl Physique is committed to representing our members respectfully and authentically. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, it is your responsibility to notify Go Girl Physique staff in writing prior to participation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests; however, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from background or incidental footage captured in shared spaces. Members and visitors are not permitted to photograph or record other members without their express consent. This policy exists to protect privacy and maintain a safe, supportive environment for all women. This consent remains valid unless and until it is withdrawn in writing.
  10. The first payment includes – weekly membership fee + $15.25 (Admin & Loading Fee). Ezypay charges to member : Membership fee + 1.89% + 39c per transaction 
  11. Any missed payments will incur a $14.90 penalty fee charged by EzyPay.

GGP Gym Membership

  1. Go Girl Physique Ltd/staff cannot accept responsibility or liability for any consequential harm and/or injury that may result from non-disclosure of any pre-existing medical or physical condition.
  2. All monies paid to Go Girl Physique Ltd/ EziPay Limited or Debit Success are NON REFUNDABLE.
  3. The blue sign in key needs to be returned within 30 days of membership expiring otherwise this will incur a fee of $30.
  4. Memberships are NON TRANSFERABLE.
  5. No membership holds.
  6. Photography, Videography & Social Media Use. Go Girl Physique may, from time to time, take photographs and/or video recordings within the gym. This may include training sessions, group classes, events, challenges, or community activities. Images and recordings may include members, guests, and staff. I am aware that this is an until further notice membership (as per EziPay & Debit Success Agreement) and that I have to give Go Girl Physique ONE MONTH notice before cancelling the contract after the minimum term. A cancellation form needs to be completed and membership key needs to be returned in order to process cancellation request of memberships.
  8. The first payment includes – weekly membership fee + $15.25 (Admin & Loading Fee)
  9. Ezypay charges to member : Membership fee + 1.89% + 39c per transaction 
  10. Late Payment – If you do not make any payment due under this Agreement within 3 Business days of the due date then you shall pay to EziPay Limited the amount due plus:
    (a) EzyPay charges $14.90 for any missed payment
    (b) All and any further costs of collection of the amount due incurred by EziPay Limited, Debit Success and/or the Facility Owner.
  11. Ezpay Limited, Debit Success and the Facility Owner may take such steps as it considers necessary for the recovery of any such amount due.

You authorize EziPay Limited & Debit Success to direct debit any amount due under this clause in order to bring the account up to date.
I acknowledge and confirm that I Understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.

3D Scan Membership

  1. Go Girl Physique Ltd/staff cannot accept responsibility or liability for any consequential harm and/or injury that may result from non-disclosure of any pre-existing medical or physical condition.
  2. All monies paid to Go Girl Physique Ltd and/or EziPay Limited are NON REFUNDABLE.
  3. ​I am aware that this is an until further notice membership (as per EziPay Agreement) and that I have to give Go Girl Physique ONE MONTH notice before cancelling the contract after the minimum term of 3 months.
  4. This membership entitles the member to ONE 3D Scan per month. The member will forfeit the 3D Scan if not used within the calendar month.
  5. The first payment includes – weekly membership fee + $15.25 (Admin & Loading Fee).
  6. Ezypay charges to member : Membership fee + 1.89% + 39c per transaction 
  7. Any missed payments will incur a $14.90 penalty fee. EzyPay will be charging the penalty fee.

6 week Shred / 12 week Body Blitz

  2. All monies paid to Go Girl Physique Ltd and/or EziPay Limited are NON REFUNDABLE.
  3. The 6 week Challenge / 12 week Body Blitz are NON TRANSFERABLE.

  5. This membership entitles the member to a 6 week (Shred), 12 week (Body Blitz) consecutive membership including unlimited group fitness classes. (excludes Warrior Goddess Classes)
  6. No extra time will be added at the end of the 6 /12 week challenge. The start and finish date are final for each 6 /12 week challenge.
  7. The first payment includes – weekly membership fee + $15.25 (Admin & Loading Fee).
  8. Ezypay charges to member : Membership fee + 1.89% + 39c per transaction 
  9. Any missed payments will incur a $14.90 penalty fee. The fee will be processed by EzyPay.
