Beefy Cabbage Roll-Ups
Ingredients
1 pound beef top sirloin
2 tbs pickling spice (or 2 tbs mustard seed, dill seed, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, pepper, coriander, chili, allspice and ginger)
2 tbs olive oil (to marinade)
1 tbs olive oil (to sear)
1/2 head of green cabbage, leaves separated
water
sliced Edam cheese (optional)
mustard (optional)
Preparation
1 using the first layer of the cabbage
2 place the beef mixture inside the middle of the leaves
3 Start rolling with water on her hands, so the leaves stay soft
4 using tooth picks to keep the rolls together
