Lizelle expertly guided me in selecting the most suitable exercises and weights tailored to my needs. Her unwavering support was invaluable. The ability to share stories and advice with someone who truly understood my challenges made an enormous difference in my experience

As I look back on my journey at Pause+ Lifechange Timaru, I can see how far I’ve come. The transformation I experienced went beyond managing symptoms; it was about embracing this new phase of life with strength and confidence. I am no longer afraid of menopause; instead, I view it as an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.
