The No.1 Women’s Gym in South Canterbury

As a women’s gym in South Canterbury, now is a great time to reflect on the past year of 2024, and celebrate the achievements and goals we’ve accomplished.

If Go Girl Physique were a woman, she would be celebrating how she has transformed and adapted to better serve the women of Timaru.

One of our primary goals was to launch the essential Menopause Program—Pause+ LifeChange. As a women’s only gym, this program perfectly aligns with the needs of our current members and the broader Timaru community.

Launched in February by Pause+ coach Lizelle Pelser, in collaboration with Dr. Wendy Sweet, a renowned expert in women’s healthy aging, the Pause+ LifeChange Program has already empowered many women in South Canterbury to take charge of their menopause journey.
